Webinar – Earth Data Hub
Earth Data Hub: The fastest route to access and analyse Earth data
18 June 2026 | 11:00 am -12:00 pm CEST
About the service
Earth Data Hub is one of the core services available on the DestinE Platform, providing a fast and operationally efficient gateway to access and analyse Earth data. The service offers pre-processed, analysis-ready datasets optimised for cloud computing, helping users reduce the complexity of data discovery, access and processing. Its catalogue includes petabytes of Earth data organised into homogeneous collections and made available through standard, interoperable technologies such as STAC, Xarray and Zarr.
About the webinar
During this webinar, B-Open experts guide participants through the rationale and practical use of the service. The session includes a live demonstration, an example of the ClimateDT OpenViewer application developed by Predictia, and a final Q&A session, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions and discuss potential use cases.
This webinar is particularly relevant for climate data scientists and analysts, organisations using climate data for research, operations and decision-making, and climate research and adaptation institutions.
